DISC GOLF DYED
What is the best way to dye frisbee golf discs??

I want to start trying to tie dying, and normal dying my discs, i have used the stencil method which works ok, but i wanna make some of my discs tie dye…

If they are made of nylon, you can dye them with an acid dye. The easiest to find acid dye is mixed with another type of dye in the all-purpose dyes you will find at the grocery store or pharmacy. Better acid dyes can be purchased by mail order from companies such as PRO Chemical & Dye in the US or Kraftkolour in Australia.

Polyurethane can also be dyed with acid dyes. Some golf dics are made of polyurethane rather than nylon.

Acid dyes should be applied under mildly acid conditions, such as with vinegar, citric acid, or ammonium sulfate, diluted in water, at a temperature of at least 140°F.
