What is a good golf disc Hammer thrower ?
I am looking for a good disc that can throw a good turnover/tamahawk/hammer. I really want to find a good disc because i have a good forehand/backhand driver so I am just looking for a good hammer thrower.
Most disc golfers that use variations on the tomahawk (hammer) simply use the drivers and midrange discs they already have in there bag. I use different discs for how quickly I want the shot to turn over, how far i want it to go, and whether i want it to roll, slide, or sit once it gets there. Try different discs (Firebird, Beast, Wraith for ex.) and see which flight pattern you like and are successful with. I think in general most people use stable discs for their overhand shots.
