DISC GOLF GLOW DISCS
Looking for a good cheap UV flashlight(glow disc golf)?
I’m looking for a good, but still cheap UV flashlight. I want to go Glow disc golfing and there’s no way you could get a good charge on these discs without a UV light source(not including the sun). Personally I’m not too into buying on Ebay or online for that matter(I will if it’s the last resort and if I trust the seller(web or ebay)). A store that’s common would be awesome, and I’m not so much looking for a blacklight as I am for a good UV light(prefer LED). If location is needed for a non online store it’s Madison WI.
I’ve also heard of using a camera flash, but there’s no way I’m bringing my DSLR just to use a camera flash. So if anyone also knows a way to get a good camera flash to light it up that would be great too.
In case you change your mind about the Blacklight you can get some good mini ones from Spenser’s Gifts. It’s what I use and they seem to work pretty good. But as far as the UV Led Flashlight I would recommend checking out some of your local Camping Stores.
If you want to try the camera flash method one of the guys I go out with just gets a disposable camera with a flash. It seems to work pretty good however you have to make sure the camera is in your bag when you do it or you will never be able to keep your night vision.
