DISC GOLF LOTS
EBC Brake discs and ebc green stuff pads…is it worthy?

just wondering about changing my brake system to ebc green stuff brake pads and ebc drilled and grooved discs?
my mechanic told me they are rubbish and squeak a lot?
he suggested that it for sport track racing cars and take longtime to warm up (650-1000c according to ebc website) the brake efficiently is very poor while cool. he also had that on this modified VW Golf MK 3 sport, he nearly hit at the back on the lorry at 30-40 mph, he had to take it off and replaced with something else.
they are very cheap on ebay?
any ideas recommended?

trust your mechanic now ya know WHY THERE CHEAP
