FRISBEE DISC GOLF EQUIPMENT
Frisbee/Disc golf?
How do you get started playing? Do you *NEED* special equipment, or can you start with your common Wal-mart type of toy frisbee? I’d rather not spand a lot of cash for equipment if I’m not really going to enjoy it, and to find out if I might enjoy it, I’d like to try the game out first. Any suggestions?
If you want to just try it out find some friends that already play and go along with them and use their discs. If you find an interest in it go to a game/disc store and ask them what is good for you. If you don’t have any friends that play than see if you can barrow a disc from a store (with a deposit). But take my word for it and don’t even try to use a wal-mart toy disc you will just get frustrated. The way i started out was i just went and bought a starter set and moved up from there. You could even take a class if you wanted. Try it out it is a great sport!
